TRAINING OPTIONS
Blended Class: Child and Babysitting Safety Certification & Home Alone Class
$150 per person
This is a blended class that will give your child a 2 year babysitting certification and knowledge to stay home alone safely.
3 hr class.
4 person minimum required.
Child and Babysitting Safety Class includes infant/child choking and CPR.
$100 per person
This certification will give you the skills and knowledge to be a confident babysitter. This 2hr live class includes an overview of child development, how to handle emergency situations and Infant and Child CPR/First Aid certification. Ages 11 and older.
2-year certification.
Classes are taught in the comfort of your own home or group classes available once a month.
4 person minimum required.
Home Alone Class
$80 per person
Preparing your child for the experience to stay home alone safely. Course outline includes: CPR, Choking, Basic First Aid, Basic Safety Measures, Fire Safety, Rules and Expectations, Safe Behaviors, Regular Check-in with Parents/Guardians, Time Management, When to Call for Help.
Ages 10 and up.
3 person minimum required.
ABOUT ME
My name is Danielle Ranocchia and I’m the owner and founder of Better Babysitting Certification. I am a certified instructor through HSI, a nationally accrediting training organization.
I have over 20 years experience in the early childhood field and a Mom of two young boys. I’m passionate about keeping children safe and inspiring young people to give children their very best! I look forward to working with you.
So excited about the service and quality of training that Danielle provided my two daughters. Registering for the course and setting a time was beyond easy! Danielle taught them caregiving skills, infant care, first aid and CPR, and how to handle a variety of difficult situations that might come up. The course culminated with my kids receiving a 2-year Babysitter Safety Certification. I can't say enough positive things about working with Danielle.
